Most people love or hate coconut. I personally LOVE the smell of coconut, the flavor coconut and eating coconut. I will say I do not like coconut water, but I put it in tea, smoothies, etc. so I can get the benefits of it without having to taste it. If you don't like coconut you can use coconut oil to cook, to moisturize and a ton of other things without really getting too much of a taste or smell of coconut. Coconut oil has a lot of power and has so many great uses. Maybe after reading some of its uses (there are around 100) you will want to consider making coconut (oil) your friend.

Helps get rid of cradle cap (Van has cradle cap/dandruff and it has worked wonders!)
 Great moisturizer
 Natural SPF 4
 Energy booster
Natural deodorant (can be used to make a natural deodorant that will work a little better)
 Used in natural DIY toothpaste
Helps get rid of diaper rash
 Amazing hair conditioner
 Eye makeup remover
Use in place of vegetable oil
Tbsp melted in hot tea can help soothe sore throat
Can help speed up weight loss when taken daily
Natural bug repellant mixed with peppermint oil
 Help lighten age spots
 Nighttime facial moisturizer
Natural treatment for lice mixed with apple cider vinegar
Helps nursing moms increase milk supply
 Used to polish wood furniture
Mix with tea tree oil to help acne
Helps relieve stress when massaged on the head

Okay so sometimes coconut oil needs a little help from something else natural, but do I have to go on? Don't you want to welcome coconut oil in your life with open arms? I already did and I use it daily. Try adding it to your coffee, tea or smoothie to start reaping the benefits of this amazing all natural creation.
